FRP/GRP Molded Grating Machine Working
FRP/GRP Molded Grating Machine includes main three parts: grating mould, heating system and accessory equipments.
Part1: Mould
The mould is typically designed to making the FRP grating. Different grating design has its mould shape and size, however, the general structure is same.
Each mould includes: Mold Cavity, Ejector pin de-molding system, Heating system and the base.
1. Mold Cavity: mold cavity is the core part of the whole mould; it is composed of faceplate, mould block and side close
1.1 Faceplate: it is the most important part of the mould. The flatness and finish can decide the quality of the grating.。
1.2 Mould block: the small blocks are made of 45# steel, and chrome finish.
1.3 Side close: The grating size can be changed by moving this part.
2. Ejector pin de-molding system: composed of ejector pin, ejector pin cover and support frame,
2.1 Ejector pin:made of high quality alloy steel(hardness HRC52-53 under 500~600℃),so that the pin has good scurf resistance.
2.2 Ejector pin cover: it is used for guiding the pin.
2.3 Support frame:I-Type frame is the fixing system for the ejector pins, it has excellent bearing capacity .
3. Heating system (interior heating):
The heating system is the essential system of grating molding. The polyester resin could be cured/hard after heating. This heating system is composed of electric heating tube and connecting system (which connects the inner heating system with exterior heating system)
4. Base:welded by Channel steel and other steel profiles.
Part 2:Heating cooling system(exterior system)
1. Heating (exterior system): this system is used for providing the heat for the mould, composed of heater, thermostat controller, fluid replacement, pump and valves.
2. Cooling system is composed by water sink, pump, water pipeline and valves.
Part 3.Accessory equipments:
Roving input tube, fiberglass creel, resin press etc.
