The fiberglass yarn shelves use 24 pieces bamboo plywood and installed with sheep eye which socket for guiding the yarn to avoid yarn crossing. Each shelf could put 100 or 120 rolls yarns.
At the front of the pultrusion line are the racks containing the spools with the glass fiber yarn strands. Each spool holds the glass fiber yarns strands.
And then the feeder plates guide the glass fiber yarn strands and mats to the correct position in the mould and thus ensure a proper glass coating.
